Q: When are your services open ?

Q: How do we make a reservation to avail the taxi service?

A: You can either:- Fill out a quote or pre online booking form with all your specifications and our marketing officer will review it and get back to you at the earliest. Send us an email stating your requirements. Call us anytime as we operate 24/7 all 365 days a year

Q: How do we locate our drives once our flight lands at the airport?

A: Our driver will hold a placard with your name on it and will wait for you at the airport terminal. However, if you fail to locate him, you can call us and we can arrange another easy meeting point for you.

Q: What will happen if our flight gets delayed or lands early?

A: We will be closely monitoring your flight schedule on your day of arrival and our driver will meet you whenever and however late your or early your flight lands.

Q: Will I be given the option to cancel my booking?

A: Yes, you can cancel your bookings at least 12hrs before the scheduled time. We charge just 10% against cancellation charges and refund 90% of the charges to you. However if you wish to cancel your reservation less than 12 hrs before the scheduled time, then we cannot refund any amount to you.

Q: Any extra charges for additional pickups and drop offs?

A: Yes, there are some nominal charges. If you inform us at the time of booking we will let you know.

Q: What if my baggage is lost or damaged?

A: Passengers and customers are held solely responsible for their baggage. Airport taxis and minicabs do not claim any responsibility for any luggage loss or damage.

Q: Is there any maximum limit of the baggage pieces?

A: If you inform us in advance about the number of baggage pieces you intend to carry and their weight, we will advise you on the type of taxi or vehicle accordingly.

Q: Do you offer other trips and transfers other than airport pickups and drops?

A: Yes, we offer shopping trips, sea route transfers, drives to your favorite destinations at competitive rates.

Q: Are we allowed to smoke in the cab?

A: No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabs. London Luton taxis adhere to the no smoking policy stringently.

Q: Who pays the parking charges?

A: Parking charges are minimal and are to be borne by passengers or customers themselves.

Q: Are there any extra charges for using your taxi service on weekends or after midnight?

A: No. We do not charge and additional fees for weekends or after midnight.

Q: Will traffic at the airport have an impact on the charges?

A: No. Our drivers are trained to keep track of the traffic situation at the airport and ensure smooth pick up and drop off facility. However we are not liable for flights missed by passengers owing to intense traffic, crowd, congestion or any other unprecedented events.

A: Your quoted price will stay as it is. We conform to whatever is mutually agreed upon and do not heed to the discrepancies of metered traffic.

A: London city is approximately 35-50 minutes from the Heathrow airport and 55-75 minutes from Gatwick airport depending on the time and other weather and traffic conditions.
